Terms And Conditions

1. You must be of legal age (18 and 21 in some US states) to participate the program and promote our sites.

2. We do not allow webmasters using non-adult free hosts such as geocities, tripod and terra. If you need to use a free host, please one that allows adult content. If you have problems finding one, contact us and we'll help you out.

3. We do not allow webmasters using any illegal content (stolen, ripped, underage or non-licensed for web usage). We do not accept websites and other traffic sources made in foreign languages. Please send English traffic only.

4. You may NOT hotlink any pictures, movies, or banners from our servers. Also you may not use any content from our site that is not stated as promotional. If you do, you will not be paid.

5. Spamming is strictly prohibited. This covers e-mail, Usenet, and ICQ mass mailings. The only possible form of e-mail advertising is double opt-in. Please contact us before making any mass opt-in mailings!

6. Sacred Cash will not be held responsible for possible losses due to downtimes resulting from complications with the hosting equipment or technical problems. However, we do everything possible to prevent it.

7. We reserve the right to cancel the affiliate program at any time, without prior notification. In such case you'll be notified immediately and paid for all accumulated funds. We also reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.

8. Sacred Cash reserves the right to terminate any account at anytime without notice. We have to have this rule because of the high level of fraud these days. However, all legit webmasters have nothing to worry about. If you want to work honestly, you are always are welcome!

9. Any account generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups will be closed without notice and you will NOT be paid. We are monitoring the hits and signups you send 24 hours a day. No negotiations are possible in this case - try once and get banned forever. It's very important rule and we hope it's quite clear!

10. You can generate traffic by any method you want if it does not break our terms and conditions. It's up to you how you build your traffic. Again - no spam, no underage resources and no stolen content. That's simple.

11. If you use our promo content, you can not remove the copyright mark from the photos and movies. If our content is used on your site, you should have a link to our site somewhere on that page. You can't use our promo content to advertise the sites of affiliate programs other than Sacred Cash. You can't rip content from our free hosted galleries to use on your sites - that's what the promo packs are made for.

12. The 50% recurring program means you will receive 50% of the total sales (we cover all the billing fees). Plus 50% of all recurring membership until that member decides to cancel.

Payment Methods

The pay period is from 1-15 and 16-31 of each month. The payment will go out 21 days (3 weeks) after the pay period to offset any fraud or chargebacks.

All funds are counted and paid in U.S. dollars. The minimum amount to be paid is $100. All amounts not breaking the minimum will be rolled over to the next period. The payout fees are $30 per wire transfer and $0 (free of charge) per E-passport/Fethard payments.
